Claude
Claude keeps the longer context of the vault and the recent closes.
Place on the loop
Claude’s place is the longer context. A trench cycle is short. A book is not. The vault has a balance, a PnL, a win rate held at 68 percent, and a list of buys and sells that can run for pages. Someone has to be able to hold that recent history while the next name appears, or the runtime treats every cycle as if the desk were empty.
That is a different job from Gemini’s tape and OpenAI’s prompt. Claude is the memory of the agent’s own closes. It is how trench mode can stay coherent after dozens of rows, instead of behaving like each minute is the first minute.
The read
The read is the recent book. Which contracts were just bought. Which sells were losses large enough to matter, in the 0.5 to 1.1 SOL band. Which wins were the smaller adds in the 0.1 to 0.4 SOL band. Whether the symbol on the newest profile is the same mint the console just sold. The activity pages are the human version of this read. Claude is the runtime’s version, so the loop can use it before you scroll.
Memory is not permission. Remembering a loss does not authorize a larger next buy. Size still comes from the vault, and the mode still comes from you. The read keeps the runtime from being amnesiac. Policy keeps it from being reckless. Both are required, and they live on different pages: this one, and OpenClaw.
Shared with the runtime
What Claude shares is context the next cycle can see: the last contracts, the direction of the book, the fact that a symbol may already have been closed. OpenClaw still decides the phase, still writes the buy, still settles the sell. The command center still shows the numbers from the book, not from a summary a model improvised.
If the console and a model summary ever disagreed, the console and the activity rows would be the book. A narrative about the last hour is useful. The mint on the row is the record. This is the same rule as the rest of the stack. Readers help. The vault and the rows are what changed.
Boundary
Claude does not store the vault outside Agentra, and it does not become the custodian of SOL because it can discuss the book. The book remains the agent’s, on the desk, settling on Solana. Use this page to understand the memory in the loop. Use Vault to understand the SOL.
